Every 4th Tuesday of the month we'll discuss a cookbook from the FDL Public Library collection and demonstrate a recipe from the cookbook. With samples. Free. For adults and teens 13 and older. Registration required here at the Calendar and begins at 9:30 am two weeks before each program.
Copies of the cookbooks under discussion will be available to borrow. The schedule:
Jan 28: 'How to Instant Pot' by Daniel Shumski (recipe: Ricotta spread)
Feb 25: 'Love Real Food' by Kathryne Taylor (recipe: Fresh Greek nachos with herbed tahini sauce)
Mar 24: 'Lucky Peach Presents Power Vegetables' by Peter Meehan (recipes: Ritu's grated carrot salad and Roasted Cabbage with Banana Blossom Dressing)
