Idea Studio Badging: Janome Sewing Machines and Serger In-Person
Come and receive training on the Idea Studio's Janome sewing machine and serger. In this class you will learn how to use the sewing machine to sew fabric with various basic stitches on the sewing machine and learn howe to operate the serger. Some scrap fabric and thread are available for use, but availability varies. Once users have gone through this free training session you will be able to use the sewing machine or serger at your convenience for up to six hours per week when the Idea Studio is open.
This class is for ages 13 and over. Registration and a library card/account number are required. Space is strictly limited, so please cancel in advance if you are unable to attend. Other times available by appointment. Contact ideastaff@fdlpl.org with your request.
