Idea Studio Badging: Laser (Glowforge Pro Laser) In-Person
Get badged on our Glowforge Pro laser engraver and cutter. In this class you will learn how to operate the laser. Plus, we will go over how to navigate and import images into the Glowforge Print web-based software, use the cut, score, and engrave features and how to prepare files in the vector graphics software called Inkscape.
Once you have gone through this training class, you will have earned your badge, which will allow you to use the laser for free for up to six hours per week while the Idea Studio is open.
This class is for patrons ages 18 and older. Registration and a library card are required to attend. Space is limited, so please cancel in advance if you are unable to attend.
