Creativebug Club: Color Meditation Daily Painting Practice In-Person
The Creativebug Club meets in the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio on the fourth Wednesday of every month to explore award winning arts and craft video classes taught by recognized design experts and artists on Creativebug.com.
This month artist, educator, and A Field Guide to Color author Lisa Solomon shares her unfettered enthusiasm for color in this daily practice series. You’ll experiment with color theory, patterns, and layering as you move through a variety of watercolor prompts. Be prepared to fully engage in color exploration and cultivate mindfulness while you paint. We will do as many of the daily practices as we can fit in this class. We will provide the materials you need for this class, but feel free to bring in your own watercolor or paint sets if you prefer your own materials.
This event is open to patrons 13 years and older. Registration is required for this event, so please sign up to reserve your spot. If you are unable to attend, please contact the library to cancel your seat to give other patrons a chance to join the class.
