In celebration of National Library Card Sign-Up Month, we're inviting you to embark on an interactive Digital Scavenger Hunt! This fun, tech-driven event encourages participants to explore some of the amazing resources and services our library offers.

Complete a series of clues related to library services and digital tools. Each step brings you closer to unlocking a special prize and, most importantly, a library card that gives you access to books, e-books, audiobooks, research databases, and much more!

How It Works:

1. Clues will all be found at FDLPL.org . Find your first clue at the bottom of this event description.
2. As you solve each clue, you’ll be directed to various library resources (websites, digital resources, events, etc.) With every completed task, you’ll earn your next clue. There are a twelve clues total. If you get stuck on a clue, use the “hint” to enter into the search bar on the library’s website. Be sure to use the drop down menu to “search this website”.
3. One of the final steps of the hunt will lead you to instructions on how to obtain a library card. By signing up for a library card, you’ll unlock the ultimate reward: lifelong access to your local library’s digital and physical resources!
4. Once you complete the hunt, stop at the help desk and say the final clue to receive a small prize and be entered into a grand prize drawing.
