History at Home In-Person / Online

Join us as we welcome Alexandria Bolle of the Wisconsin Maritime Museum for a hands-on opportunity to experience Wisconsin history through a number of Lake Michigan shipwreck stories. Students will learn about Wisconsin’s maritime history, the tools and techniques of maritime archeologists, and use critical thinking skills to solve Lake Michigan's greatest mysteries!

Hands-on Activity: Participants will create their own “shipwreck site” out of legos, and share their stories with other participants.

History at Home programs focus on stories about the area's past every month. Programs are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6 pm in the McLane Room.
