Community Chat: City Manager Joe Moore

 FDL City Manager Joe Moore will talk about the local economy, downtown Fond du Lac and will present highlights from city departments to kick off FDLPL's new Community Chat series. Community Chat programs will give residents opportunities to hear directly from local government and nonprofit organizations. Representatives will share information about costs, goals, accomplishments and more. The informal programs will take place every first Thursday of the month.

As the cityís chief executive officer, a position heís held since 2012, Moore leads more than 350 people. His background includes U.S. Army service commanding military bases in Europe and Asia and as policy adviser at the Pentagon. He holds a bachelorís degree and a masterís degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech. Moore and his wife, Molly, have two daughters enrolled in college.
