 Adam Knueppel, a baker at Madison Sourdough and MPTC grad, will demonstrate the steps to follow and equipment needed to make a batch of sourdough starter. He'll offer tips, advice and sourdough recipes. Free. Space limited. Registration is required & starts 30 days before the class.
