 Dave Koepke, owner of The Cellar in FDL, will demonstrate the steps, equipment needed, tips and advice on making beer at home. This is the first in a series of five demonstration classes on the art and craft of fermenting foods at home - beer, kefir, kombucha, veggies and sourdough. Free. Registration required & begins 30 days before each class.
